Please feel the difference between the conventional high speed 2D motion (critical) and high speed 3D motion (non-critical).

High-speed 3D motion realizing non-criticality can be non-agglomeration, mixing with high homogeneity, dispersion, emulsification, milling possible!

High-speed 3D motion is expected to result in irregular reduction of mixing & dispersion & emulsification, further improvement of milling uniformity.

Weak points of the high-speed 2D motion are affected by gravity.
It agglomerates at the bottom with high specific gravity and fine material.
However, 3D motion makes full use of the inner wall surface of the container.
It is the greatest feature that it does not give agglomeration time even with high specific gravity or fine material.

The usual horizontal type planetary ball mill is exercised in only one direction lateral direction of revolution.


Compared to the conventional horizontal type planetary ball mill, our 「Tilted Rotation Planetary Ball Mill」 can exert crushing effect making use of
impact force several times higher.
The reason for
this is strong impulse from two directions, patented 'diagonal in the direction of rotation' and 'sideways in the direction of revolution'.

This compact tilted rotaion planetary ball mill makes use of powerful gravitational acceleration (G) due to random motion. This compact tilted rotaion planetary ball mill is applicable to fine crushing (dry and wet), dispersion, kneading, degassing, mechanochemical reactions, mechanical alloying, and amorphous production. It also supports a PE 120 ml container for simple degassing kneading, centrifugal separation, and deposit peeling using a metal mesh.

Our Planet tilted rotaion planetary ball mill is said to have motion ability that is several times higher than the centrifugal acceleration of a vertical planetary ball mill. In the latter type the directions of revolution and rotation are only horizontal. This mill provides inclined acceleration (rotation) that is different from the horizontal acceleration (revolution).

Glove-box tileted rotation planetary ball mill: This device is a glove-box tilted rotation planetary ball mill. Its is used for fine crushing (dry and wet), dispersion, kneading, degassing, mechanochemical reactions, mechanical alloying, and amorphous production.
