【(Medium Size) Table top type 2-axis control 3D Ball Mill 「3D-210-D2」】
The 3D ball mill has two rotational axes, vertical and horizontal, like a gyro-top. The balls can be moved in random directions by adjusting the rotation of the two axes. This enables efficient crushing and mixing by using the entire container. This mill is applicable to new nano crushing, mechanochemical reactions, mechanical alloying, and dry-type non-solidifying crushing. It is also effective for mixing substances of different specific gravities and viscosities. The 3D-210-D2 is more compact than the 3D-180.

・ Nano milling.

(3D milling and mixing do not give time to solidify without being affected by gravity.)

Reverse operation possible (2D tumbling ball mill and 3D ball mill switchable).
Power supply: Two DC brushless motors (100V AC, 300 W).
Container: Diameter 180 stainless steel (semi-) spherical container, etc.
Option: 700ml zirconia container attachable.

Uniform mixture, blend kneading on fire, the dispersion are possible, too.

By the above, the 3-D ball mill proved that there was not solidification at the time of a dry process milling.
